.NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As a .NET Developer, you will be involved with the design, development, testing, and support of a range of applications on the Microsoft .NET platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software building, be skilled in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and be willing to embrace our customer service philosophy.

Responsibility

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business analysts to understand end-user requirements and formulate software specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code based on specifications.
Integrate data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and websites.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and routine status stand-ups.
Provide technical support for clients and teammates.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in technology and new software development techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience with .NET/C# development.
Proficiency in building web-based applications using ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and other related technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a familiarity with frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
Strong knowledge of database technology, including SQL, Entity Framework, and experience with database design and management (MS SQL Server, etc.).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in working with a Scrum team.
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
Understanding of various design and architectural patterns.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
