Responsibility

Keep a close eye on project specifics, deadlines, and obligations. Manage alterations and reduce possible hazards through strategic planning and foresight.
Work in tandem with team members to allocate tasks effectively, guaranteeing optimal skill deployment for every assignment.
Persistently assess ongoing operations, providing critical insights and recommending enhancements where necessary.
Cultivate streamlined communication among the teams in India and the US, as well as clients, to establish task priorities and unmistakable project directives.
Oversee various projects concurrently, ensuring clients are kept informed of progress and immediate resolution of any emerging issues.
Strategically mobilize and assign resources throughout the project stages, guaranteeing favorable results.
Sustain transparent communication channels with team members, upper management, the US contingent, and clients, facilitated by consistent updates and discussions.
Liaise with the internal development faction to handle project records effectively.
Produce comprehensive internal project materials, encompassing the scope of work, propositions, and preliminary diagrams.
Skillfully navigate and administer alterations to uphold project objectives.
Conduct consistent evaluations of project status, implementing essential measures to safeguard the project’s trajectory towards success.

Skills

A minimum of 3 years in a Project Management role or similar, with specific experience managing e-commerce projects (including platforms like WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce).
Demonstrated expertise in crafting in-depth reports and delivering compelling presentations to various client demographics.
A proactive stance in client engagement, orchestrating both team and client discussions, and providing clear transmission of project specifics to all leadership levels.
Remarkable organizational acumen, capable of juggling multiple projects and engaging with several clients concurrently.
Superior written and oral communication skills, crucial for seamless project orchestration.
Robust capacity for problem-solving and decision-making, aimed at pragmatic and inventive resolutions.
Competence in thriving under stress, achieving stringent deadlines, and preserving utmost professionalism and precision.
Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or its equivalent, will be considered an advantage.
