UIUX Designer

You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to create compelling digital experiences across various platforms. Your insights and design skills will directly influence the expansion of Betanet’s digital footprint, enhancing user satisfaction and interaction with our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Perform user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across all platforms.
Conduct user testing to gather real-world insights and iterate upon feedback.
Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field. A master’s or certification in UX Design will be a plus.
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your ground-up UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Experience with user research, including using insights to implement enhancements or new features.
Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Knowledge of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
