COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Enterprise Email & Collaboration Platforms

We don't just sell email licenses. We architect email infrastructure — on-premises, cloud, hybrid, or fully managed — configured around how your business communicates, collaborates, and protects its data. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or self-hosted — every deployment is designed for your specific requirements.

135+ domains trust Betanet-managed email infrastructure.

Email infrastructure built around your business, not around a licensing plan. 4,000+ mailboxes on Betanet-managed platforms.

We do not resell email plans and hope they work. We assess your business requirements — team size, storage needs, compliance obligations, remote access requirements, and communication workflows — and then recommend the right platform. Microsoft 365 for enterprises needing deep Office integration and Teams collaboration. Google Workspace for organisations built around cloud-native workflows. On-premises or hybrid mail servers for businesses that require complete data control with zero dependency on third-party platforms. We have managed email infrastructure since 2011 — starting when Google offered free business email — and today we manage over 4,000 mailboxes across 135+ domains spanning all three deployment models.

Why Most Business Email Fails Your Organisation

Email is the most business-critical communication tool your company operates — and the most neglected. Most businesses either run on a generic email plan someone signed up for years ago, or an on-premises server nobody maintains. No DNS security. No backup strategy. No migration plan. No one monitoring whether emails are actually being delivered. The result — lost emails, compromised accounts, compliance gaps, and communication breakdowns that cost real revenue.

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are missing or misconfigured. Your business emails land in spam folders, client communications go undelivered, and you only discover the problem when a deal goes cold. We receive 1-2 referrals every month from businesses facing exactly this issue.

Your entire business communication sits on a third-party platform with no independent backup. When an employee is terminated and deletes their mailbox data, or when a provider has an outage, years of critical correspondence disappear with no recovery option.

A manufacturing company running on Google Workspace when their entire team uses Excel and needs desktop Outlook. A startup paying for Microsoft 365 E5 when Business Basic covers their needs. Wrong platform selection wastes budget and creates daily friction for your team.

Your current email setup is broken, but migrating 50 or 200 mailboxes feels like it will bring operations to a halt. Old providers hold your DNS hostage. Passwords are undocumented. Nobody knows which mailboxes are active. So the broken system continues running — until it doesn't.

Email Infrastructure Engineered Around Your Business — Not a Generic License

Every email deployment at Betanet begins with a conversation, not a checkout page. We evaluate your team size, collaboration requirements, storage needs, security policies, existing infrastructure, and growth plans. Only then do we recommend a platform — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-hosted. We handle everything from DNS configuration and SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup to zero-downtime migration and ongoing management. This is email infrastructure designed to perform from day one, not a license you hope will work.

We do not default to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We assess your business — team size, existing tools, compliance needs, storage requirements, remote access patterns, and budget. A corporate firm needing 50GB inboxes, desktop Outlook, and Teams gets Microsoft 365 Business Standard. A cloud-native startup needing shared drives and simple collaboration gets Google Workspace. A company requiring complete data control with zero subscription dependency gets an on-premises or hybrid server. The platform fits the business, not the other way around.

We have migrated over 800 mailboxes in the past five years alone — from on-premises servers, cPanel hosting, GoDaddy, Hostgator, and legacy providers to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — with 100% zero downtime. Our method: DNS changes go first so new mail starts flowing to the new platform immediately. Only after confirming delivery do we begin mailbox migration. Old provider passwords are changed to prevent accidental logins, deletions, or sends during transition. No mail lost. No disruption.

Every email deployment includes properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — ensuring your emails reach inboxes, not spam folders. We configure MX records, autodiscover settings, and reverse DNS where applicable. For on-premises deployments, we configure relay authentication, TLS encryption, and anti-spam filtering. This is not optional — it is standard on every deployment.

Email data on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is not truly yours until you back it up independently. We provide email backup to S3 storage — hourly, daily, or weekly depending on your requirements — and for clients with local storage (USB/NAS), we add monthly S3 backups as an additional layer. Your email data is protected against accidental deletion, terminated employee actions, and platform outages.

Consultation-First Email Deployment From Assessment to Ongoing Management

Other providers give you a license key. We give you a strategy. Every Betanet email engagement follows a structured methodology that ensures your communication infrastructure is configured correctly from day one — and stays optimised as your organisation grows.

We review your current email setup — platform, mailbox count, storage usage, active domains, DNS records, and existing security configuration. We assess team workflows, remote access requirements, compliance obligations, and integration needs with existing tools like CRM, ERP, or project management platforms. If you are migrating from another provider, we audit the source environment to identify potential issues before they become migration problems.

Based on the assessment, we recommend the right deployment model — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, on-premises, hybrid, or Betanet cloud-hosted. We specify the exact license tier, storage allocation, security configuration, backup strategy, and estimated costs. You receive a clear recommendation document before any deployment begins.

We configure all DNS records — MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, autodiscover, CNAME — ensuring email delivery, authentication, and security are set up correctly from the start. For companies with multiple domains, we configure each domain independently with proper routing and verification.

For new deployments, we provision mailboxes, configure policies, and onboard users. For migrations, we execute our zero-downtime process — DNS changes first, then mailbox-by-mailbox migration with data verification. Old provider credentials are secured immediately to prevent data conflicts.

Anti-spam policies, phishing protection, attachment filtering, forwarding rules, and conditional access policies are configured based on your security requirements. Independent backup to S3 or local storage is set up with your preferred schedule — hourly, daily, or weekly.

Post-deployment, we provide ongoing management — user onboarding/offboarding, license management, storage monitoring, security incident response, and periodic DNS health checks. Support is available on AMC or on-demand, depending on your preference.

Email & Collaboration Configured for Your Organisation Not a Generic Plan

Every organisation has different communication requirements. A 200-employee corporate firm needs Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD integration. A 15-person startup needs Google Workspace with shared drives. A law firm with compliance obligations needs an on-premises server with complete data sovereignty. We do not provide a single email solution for every business — we configure the right platform for the right use case.

Microsoft 365 Deployment & Management

Enterprise-grade email, collaboration, and productivity deployed and managed end-to-end. We provision Exchange Online with 50GB mailboxes, configure Teams for internal communication, set up SharePoint for document collaboration, and allocate 1TB OneDrive storage per user. For organisations with on-premises Active Directory, we deploy Azure AD sync for single sign-on across local and cloud applications. License management, user onboarding/offboarding, conditional access policies, and ongoing administration — all handled by our team. We manage over 1,500 Microsoft 365 mailboxes across 75+ domains.

Google Workspace Deployment & Management

Cloud-native email and collaboration for organisations built around Google's ecosystem. Gmail with 30GB storage per user, Google Drive for file sharing, Google Meet for video conferencing, and Google Docs for real-time collaboration. Ideal for startups, creative agencies, and teams that operate primarily from browsers. We handle domain verification, DNS configuration, user provisioning, organisational unit setup, and ongoing management. We have managed Google Workspace since 2011 — when Google offered free business email — and today manage over 1,500 mailboxes across 60+ domains.

On-Premises Email Server Deployment

Complete email infrastructure deployed on your own hardware, within your own premises, under your complete control. We deploy and configure MailEnable, iRedMail, or Kerio Connect based on your requirements — with per-user storage allocation, team-based distribution groups, attachment filtering, auto-forwarding rules, and granular access controls. No per-user subscription fees. No storage limitations. No dependency on third-party platforms. Email data stays on your server, backed up to your NAS, USB, or S3 storage. We have deployed on-premises email servers for 10-12 companies with 25 to 150 users per deployment — including organisations that require complete data sovereignty and zero external dependency.

Hybrid Email Infrastructure

The most reliable email architecture we deploy — combining on-premises control with cloud redundancy. Your on-premises server handles all email storage and user management. All outbound emails route through a cloud SMTP relay for controlled, authenticated delivery. The cloud server maintains a complete mirror of all mailboxes. If your on-premises server goes down — power failure, hardware issue, network outage — the cloud server automatically receives and stores all incoming emails during downtime. When on-premises comes back online, it automatically downloads all missed emails from the cloud. Zero mail loss. Automatic failover. Complete redundancy. 99.5% of our on-premises email clients operate on this hybrid model.

Cloud-Hosted Email on Betanet Servers

For organisations that want cloud email without the per-user costs of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we host email infrastructure on our own servers — deployed on AWS, Hetzner, OVH, or other platforms based on your geographic and compliance requirements. Managed through Plesk, cPanel, FastPanel, or Enhance Panel with full email server administration — mailbox provisioning, storage allocation, spam filtering, webmail access, and automated backups. Currently hosting email for organisations including a hospital with 45 employees and over 800GB of email data — active for more than five years on our EC2 infrastructure.

Zero-Downtime Email Migration

We have migrated over 800 mailboxes in the past five years — from on-premises servers, cPanel hosting, GoDaddy, Hostgator, and legacy providers to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Betanet-hosted infrastructure. Every migration follows the same zero-downtime methodology: DNS records are updated first so new emails start arriving on the new platform immediately. Once delivery is confirmed, mailbox data is migrated in batches with verification. Old provider passwords are changed to prevent accidental data conflicts. No mail loss. No service interruption. No user confusion.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC & Email Security

Email deliverability and security depend entirely on DNS configuration — and most businesses get it wrong. We configure SPF records to authorize legitimate sending sources, DKIM keys for email authentication, and DMARC policies for domain protection against spoofing. We handle MX records, autodiscover, CNAME entries, and reverse DNS where required. This service is available as part of any email deployment, or as standalone support for businesses whose emails are landing in spam. We provide this as a one-time fix — no requirement to migrate your services to us. Many of these clients return to us during renewals, because solving their immediate problem builds trust that lasts.

Your Business Chooses the Platform. Not Us.

No default recommendations. No preferred vendors. Every email platform we deploy is selected specifically for the organisation it serves — based on team size, workflows, compliance requirements, and budget. We manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, on-premises servers, hybrid setups, and cloud-hosted email with equal expertise. Your communication infrastructure runs on the platform that performs best for your business — not the one that earns us the highest margin.

Enterprise email infrastructure across globally trusted platforms

What Makes Betanet Email Infrastructure Different

What makes businesses trust a technology partner with their most critical communication channel? Not the cheapest license — operational depth. These four principles have governed every email deployment we have managed since 2011, across 4,000+ mailboxes, and they are the reason our clients stay for years.

We Deploy Every Model — Not Just Licenses

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, on-premises mail servers, hybrid infrastructure with automatic failover, and cloud-hosted email on our own servers. We are not a licensing reseller with a checkout page. We are an email infrastructure partner that deploys, migrates, secures, and manages communication platforms across every deployment model — because different businesses need different architectures.

800+ Mailboxes Migrated. Zero Downtime

We have migrated over 800 mailboxes from on-premises servers, cPanel, GoDaddy, Hostgator, and legacy providers — every single migration executed with zero downtime. DNS changes first, mailbox migration second, old credentials secured immediately. No email loss. No service interruption. This is not a claim — it is our documented track record across five years of continuous migration work.

Email Security Is Standard, Not an Add-On

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration is included in every deployment — not sold as a premium service. Independent email backup to S3 storage is configured based on your schedule. Anti-spam policies, attachment filtering, and conditional access are standard. We receive referrals every month from businesses whose emails land in spam because their previous provider never configured DNS authentication properly.
