1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply between the client (“You” or “Client”) and Betanet Consultancy Private Limited (“We”, “Our”, or “Us”) for website development, design, domain registration, and cloud deployment services.
2. Service Scope
a) Website Development: Development of websites based on agreed specifications.
b) Designing: Graphic and web design services.
c) Domain Registration: Domain procurement, subject to availability.
d) Cloud Deployment: Cloud services as per the client’s requirements.
3. Payment and Fees
a) You agree to pay the fee quoted for our services.
b) Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
c) All transactions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep all project-related information confidential unless it’s publicly available or its disclosure is mandated by law.
5. Proprietary Rights
a) All designs, code, and content developed remain our property until full payment is made.
b) Once payment is complete, the client has full rights to the website, excluding any third-party materials.
6. Data Security
We are committed to protecting and securing your data, though we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent nature of online threats.
7. Termination
a) Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Outstanding payments must be settled immediately upon termination.
b) We reserve the right to terminate services if there’s a breach of terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the liability. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Warranty and Maintenance
We provide a limited warranty for our services for a duration specified in our agreement. Post-warranty, maintenance may incur additional costs.
10. Domain Registration and Renewal
Domains are registered in your name and are your property. However, you’re responsible for renewal. We’ll notify you about upcoming renewals but are not responsible for lapsed domains.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services post-change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
